Je suis Lise Armand, th\u00e9rapeute et psychopraticienne en EFT clinique<\/strong>.
Je vous accompagne avec authenticit\u00e9, en portant une attention particuli\u00e8re aux \u00e9motions, aux traumatismes, aux blessures d\u2019attachement pr\u00e9coce, aux sch\u00e9mas et enjeux relationnels, aux discriminations syst\u00e9miques, ainsi qu\u2019aux probl\u00e9matiques d’addictions. Au sein de Soi\u2022e, j\u2019ai \u00e0 c\u0153ur de cr\u00e9er un climat de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, o\u00f9 vous pouvez \u00e9voluer \u00e0 votre rythme, en confiance.

Form\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019IFPEC<\/strong>, la seule \u00e9cole en France sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e en EFT clinique, je m\u2019appuie sur des techniques de lib\u00e9ration \u00e9motionnelle<\/strong>, ainsi que sur des outils issus des th\u00e9rapies cognitivo-comportementales.<\/strong>

Faisant moi-m\u00eame partie de la communaut\u00e9 LGBTQIA+<\/strong>, je suis particuli\u00e8rement attentive \u00e0 vous accueillir dans votre globalit\u00e9, dans un cadre inclusif, ouvert et non jugeant.

Avant de me consacrer \u00e0 la relation d\u2019aide, j\u2019ai exerc\u00e9 pendant dix ans dans le domaine artistique et le tatouage<\/strong>. Cette exp\u00e9rience m\u2019a profond\u00e9ment appris \u00e0 \u00e9couter : au-del\u00e0 du geste technique, elle m\u2019a permis de d\u00e9couvrir la richesse des r\u00e9cits, des \u00e9motions et des vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9s. Elle a renforc\u00e9 ma capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des liens de confiance et \u00e0 \u00eatre pleinement pr\u00e9sente \u00e0 l\u2019autre, dans le respect de ses limites.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
